We want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, LANEIGE offers a 30-day return window for products in new or gently used condition. Please note that items must be returned in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  After your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your skincare items.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the return is postmarked within 14 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
